Mojo Moments Privacy Policy 


At Mojo Moments, our mission and purpose is to empower leaders, organizations, coaches, and individuals to integrate breakthrough motivation science into their leadership protocols, coaching models, and assessments, enabling a more meaningful and sustainable approach to improving productivity and thriving.  


At Mojo Moments, we also take your privacy seriously, wherever you are.  


To ensure our customers and partners’ data privacy and protection, we adhere to the major data protection legislation and policies worldwide, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), The Australian Federal Privacy Act, China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), and other major data protection laws around the world. 


Personal Information 

Personal Information can include the following, but is not limited to name, contact information, address, CV’s/résumés, photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and recorded video and/or audio teleconferences and webinars. Access to and use of Personal Information is limited to Mojo Moments, LLC and its authorized contractors, digital service providers, and agents including, but not limited to payment processing, LMS, and coaching feedback systems providers. It is Mojo Moments, LLC’s policy not to sell or disseminate member Personal Information to any non-essential third party. 


E-mail Policy  


We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law. We will use your email address solely to provide timely information about Mojo Moments, LLC and its programs and services. Mojo Moments, LLC will maintain the information you send via email in accordance with applicable international law.  


Communications Regarding Mojo Moments Programs and Services 


Mojo Moments, LLC has a strict anti-spam policy. However, we ensure that Mojo Moments, LLC’s community of affiliates, clients, global channel partners, certified MojoCoaches™ and direct customers are aware of programs, services, and opportunities available to you as a member of the Mojo Moments, LLC community. Communications from Mojo Moments, LLC may include, but are not limited to the following:  


  • Messages regarding Mojo Moment’s qualification(s) and certification programs   


  • Emails from and regarding Communities of Practice  


  • Information about the Credentialed MojoCoach™ Program 


  • Updates on the MojoCoach™ qualification courses and certification program(s) as a whole, as well as updates specific to your credentialing status  


  • Mojo Moments community emails such as our CHOMP newsletter 


  • Invitations to webinars and events designed to enhance your Mojo Moments, LLC community experience

CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL Compliance  


In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL, all e-mail sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all email messages will also contain concise information on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us. 


Anyone wishing to remove themselves from our mailing list may, at any time, email us at with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the message.
